S&P Global buys OpenZeppelin, moving from rating token issuers to auditing their code
S&P Global has agreed to buy smart-contract auditor OpenZeppelin for undisclosed terms, extending the ratings company's onchain risk push from rating token issuers to rating the code they run on.
