OpenPayd targets year-end Nasdaq listing through Titan SPAC merger to fund U.S. push
London payments firm OpenPayd says it expects to complete its Nasdaq listing via a Titan Acquisition Corp. SPAC merger by year-end, funding a U.S. launch planned for April 2027.
