Wintermute registers a U.S. broker-dealer, opening a path into stocks, options and ETF creation
Crypto market maker Wintermute has registered a New York subsidiary as a broker-dealer with the SEC and FINRA, allowing it to trade U.S. stocks and options and act as an ETF Authorized Participant.
