AscendEX shuts down, warns users may not get their crypto back
Crypto exchange AscendEX ceased operations on July 1 and told users it cannot guarantee they will recover their full balances, citing MiCA non-authorization, a failed liquidity deal, and near-empty hot wallets flagged by on-chain investigators.
